Kind of Blue

Kind of Blue was established in 2022, by partners Sterlin Colvin, Graeme Tosh, and Stephen Connolly.

Our aim is to provide a unique dining experience by combining an interesting food and drink menu, along with high end entertainment.

Sterlin Colvin is a native of Washington DC, and a graduate of the Duke Ellington school of fine arts. He is a 45 year veteran of the music Business, and has shared the stage with artists from The Drifters, to Whitney Houston. Sterlin now resides in Bluffton S.C

Graeme Tosh brings over 35 years in the culinary industry. Born in Montreal Quebec, he was the driving force behind Unique Restaurant Group in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. At its height URG operated 11 independent restaurants before being sold in 2017.

Stephen Connolly was born in Glasgow Scotland. He was brought up in The Keg Restaurant group, and brings 25 years of experience to Kind of Blue. Stephen was also a partner at URG.

We believe that this eclectic group of partners and their vast array of experience in the food and music industry has what it takes to provide all our guests with an enjoyable dining experience.
